Customer-Eyes Your Business

Step away from your business and see it from the eyes of your targeted customer.

Ask yourself what one product or service you would want your business to add.

Even if, as a service business, you don’t offer products, or if you are retail or wholesale and don’t offer services, think from you customers’ point of view about what they would want.

IBM, leader in the world for decades in hardware, is now a leader in logistic services, accounting for a vast amount of its annual revenue; Safeway began home deliveries; Public storage sells packing supplies; Hullablaoo’s Resturant caters parties, etc.

Ask your top customer how you could tailor your business to better serve their needs, and you may be surprised to find that a new niche product or service emerges as you “Customer-Eyes” your business.
